Teens/Adults (13+) classes are a fusion of martial arts including boxing, Thai- boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, grappling, weapon defence, and offer a practical approach to self-defence.

18.15 pm - 19.15 - Ladies Combat (11+) - 1 hour
